随着水产养殖业的发展,鱼类病害也逐渐增多。链霉菌具有多种生物活性,不仅可调节水质,改善鱼类生存环境,还能促进鱼类生长,抑制或杀灭水体中的病原菌。为从海鱼肠道中筛选具有抑制水产病原菌活性的海洋放线菌,对一株野生真鲷肠道源放线菌的形态、生理生化特征及16S rDNA序列进行分析,鉴定出该菌株与Streptomyces kunmingensis strain同源性较高;通过测定菌株生长量可知,当氮源为1 g/L胰蛋白胨、碳源为15 g/L可溶性淀粉、无机盐为0.03 g/L FeSO 4 时,链霉菌的菌体生长量比传统高氏一号培养基培养的生长量提高了34.31%;通过对病原菌的抑菌作用可知,其对多种水产病原菌有抑制作用。该研究为土著益生菌的开发、水产养殖业的健康发展提供了参考,也为单菌株多次级代谢产物的激活提供了研究基础。 |

With the development of aquaculture, fish diseases are gradually increasing. Streptomyces have various biological activities, which can not only regulate water quality and improve the living environment of fish, but also promote fish growth, inhibit or kill pathogenic bacteria in water. In order to screen marine actinomycetes with the activity of inhibiting aquatic pathogenic bacteria from the intestines of marine fish, the morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence of an actinomycete strain from the intestine of wild pagrosomus major were analyzed. And the strain was identified and has higher homology with Streptomyces kunmingensis strain. By measuring the growth amount of the strain, it was found that when the nitrogen source was 1 g/L tryptone, the carbon source was 15 g/L soluble starch, and the inorganic salt was 0.03 g/L FeSO4, the mycelial growth amount of Streptomyces increased by 34.31% compared with that cultured in the traditional Gao′s No.1 medium. Through the antibacterial effect on pathogenic bacteria, the screened streptomyces strain had an inhibitory effect on a variety of aquatic pathogenic bacteria. The study provides a reference for the development of indigenous probiotics and the healthy development of the aquaculture industry, and also provides a research basis for the activation of multiple secondary metabolites of a single strain. |
