      为减少化学农药的使用量,从土壤中筛选出一株可拮抗多种土传病害病原菌菌株,编号为BSK-12。通过生理生化、形态学特征和16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定菌株BSK-12为地衣芽胞杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)。采用单因素试验、Plackett-Burman 试验和最陡爬坡试验确定BSK-12培养成分和发酵条件的主要影响因素及其取值范围;再通过Box-Behnken试验对其主要因素进行优化,通过回归分析得出最佳发酵条件为发酵温度37 ℃、摇床转速180 r/min、初始pH值7,在该发酵条件下,芽胞数达到7.6×109 cfu/mL。BSK-12对五种土传病病原菌有较好的拮抗效果,可为研制生物农药提供优质菌种资源。

      In order to reduce the usage of chemical pesticides, a strain was screened and isolated from soil that could antagonize multi-soil-borne diseases. The strain was numbered as BSK-12, and was identified as Bacillus licheniformis by physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. Single factor test, Plackett-Burman test and steepest ascent test were adopted to determine the main factors affecting the culture composition and ferment conditions of BSK-12; The main factors were optimized by Box-Behnken test, and the optimal ferment conditions were obtained by regression analysis as follows: The ferment temperature was 37 ℃, rotating speed of table at 180 r/min, initial pH at 7, and spore number under the ferment condition at 7.6×109 cfu/mL. BSK-12 has fairly good antagonism against five soil-borne pathogens. This study provides theoretical basis for the R&D of fine bio-pesticide.
