      为满足高校学生对优质教育资源的需求,激发学校教育教学改革活力, 基于虚拟教研室共享平台,通过组建多维协同的教学团队,创新教研新模式,以提高教师的教学能力。同时,通过平台的教学资源、教学研究和成果共享三个中心,构建“基础知识”“拓展知识”“课程思政”“实践观摩”“创新训练”“自我评价”六个开放性课程资源模块;并结合虚拟教研室的教学管理模式创新,发挥多维协同的教研和管理优势,将学科基础知识、专业知识、人文素质教育、能力培养和团队合作精神等融入课程资源建设,以期为高等院校微生物学课程改革提供参考。
英文摘要:
      To meet the demand of college students for high-quality educational resources and stimulate the vitality of reform in education and teaching, a new model of reconstruction is innovated based on the sharing platform of virtual teaching and research section by forming a multi-dimensional and collaborative teaching team to enhance teachers′ teaching capabilities. Meanwhile, through the three centers of the platform—teaching resources, teaching research, and achievement sharing, six open curriculum resource modules have been established, namely "Basic Knowledge" "Extended Knowledge" "Ideological and Political Education in Courses" "Practical Observation" "Innovative Training" and "Self-Evaluation". By integrating innovations in the teaching management model of the virtual teaching research community, the advantages of multidimensional collaboration in teaching research and management are exploited, incorporating discipline-based fundamental knowledge, specialized knowledge, humanities education, ability cultivation, and teamwork spirit into the construction of curriculum resources. This is intended to provide a reference for the curriculum reform of microbiology in higher education institutions.
