| 白细胞介素36（Interleukin-36，IL-36）属于IL-1超家族的一组细胞因子。越来越多的证据表明，IL-36在许多炎症性疾病的发病机制中起着作用。而在肠道中，IL-36具有相当复杂的功能。IL-36受体配体在动物结肠炎模型和炎症性肠病患者中均过度表达，并且可能根据所处炎症的不同阶段发挥病理和保护作用。IL-36细胞因子包括三种受体激动剂IL-36α、IL-36β、IL-36γ和两种受体拮抗剂IL-36Ra和IL-38。所有IL-36受体激动剂都能结合IL-36R复合物，并在炎症状态下发挥多种作用。本文首先简要回顾炎症性肠病的发病机制及IL-36细胞因子在免疫调控中的作用，随后重点关注IL-36在肠道炎症疾病中的免疫学效应。此外，讨论了通过阻断IL-36R信号通路以治疗慢性肠道炎症的相关研究，以及IL-36相关研究中的一些未被探索的问题。 |

| Interleukin-36 (IL-36) is a group of cytokines belonging to the IL-1 superfamily. Increasing evidence suggests that IL-36 plays a role in the pathogenesis of various inflammatory diseases. In the gastrointestinal tract, IL-36 exerts a complicated role. IL-36 receptor ligands are overexpressed in both animal models of colitis and in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), potentially playing both pathological and protective roles depending on the stage of inflammation. IL-36 cytokines include three receptor agonists: IL-36α, IL-36β, and IL-36γ, as well as two receptor antagonists: IL-36Ra and IL-38. All IL-36 receptor agonists bind to the IL-36R complex and exhibit diverse functions during inflammatory states. This article first provides a brief overview of the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease and the role of IL-36 cytokines in immune regulation, followed by a focus on the immunological effects of IL-36 in intestinal inflammatory diseases. Additionally, we discuss research on the potential therapeutic approach of blocking the IL-36R signaling pathway for chronic intestinal inflammation, along with some unresolved issues in IL-36-related studies. |
