微生物生理学研究微生物的生理活动规律,实践性强,运用领域广泛,但代谢途径复杂抽象,学生学习动力不强。本文从以问题为导向的学习(PBL)教学法的实施过程、运用原则、实施效果等方面,探讨了PBL教学法在中南民族大学微生物生理学课程中应用的教学实践,旨在达到激发学生学习原动力,提升学习效果的目的,为PBL教学方法在中南民族大学专业课程中的有效应用,助力高校课堂的教学改革和创新实践奠定基础。 |

Microbial physiology, studying the laws that govern physiological activities of microorganisms, is extremely practical nature and widely applied to many fields. However, the complicated and abstract metabolic pathways of microorganisms have hindered students′ motivation in learning this course. This paper probes into the teaching practice of employing Problem/Project-Based Learning (PBL) method in the course of microbial physiology in the university from the aspects of procedures, principles and effects, aiming at to stimulate students′ motivation and improve their learning, and in the meantime, facilitate the effective application of PBL in classroom teaching and lay a solid foundation for the teaching reform and innovation of the university. |
