      为评价红托竹荪菌托中多酚类化合物水平,实现菌托副产物资源化利用。首先对4个提取条件(乙醇体积分数、超声时间、提取温度和料液)进行单因素试验,再利用响应面法对筛选的4个因素进行提取条件优化,并分析菌托多酚的抗氧化活性。获得红托竹荪菌托多酚提取量最佳工艺条件:乙醇体积分数50%,超声时间16 min,提取温度54 ℃,料液比1:15(g/mL)。最佳条件下,多酚的实际提取量为9.15 mg/g。菌托多酚呈现出较好的抗氧化活性,在菌托多酚质量浓度为0.80 mg/mL时,总抗氧化能力达到0.643 Trolox μmol/mL,DPPH自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除率分别为71.45%、79.02%和60.38%。结果表明,红托竹荪菌托富含多酚物质,且多酚具较好抗氧化活性,对菌托多酚提取工艺优化可为菌托资源化利用的提供参考。

      In order to evaluate the polyphenolic compounds and achieve the resource utilization of red volva of Dictyophora rubrovalvata, a kind of edible mushroom grows in summer bamboo groves. First, a single factor test was carried out on four extraction conditions (ethanol volume fraction, ultrasonic time, extraction temperature and material liquid ratio), then response surface method was used to optimize the extraction conditions. Meanwhile, the antioxidant activity of volva polyphenols were analyzed. The result showed that to obtain polyphenol extraction using optimal technology conditions from volva of D. rubrovalvatawere: Ethanol volume fraction 50%, ultrasonic time 16 minutes, extraction temperature 54 ℃ and material-liquid ratio at 1:15 g/mL. At these optimized extraction conditions, the actual extraction amount of polyphenols could reach 9.15 mg/g. The volva polyphenols exhibited preferably antioxidant activity. When the mass concentration of volva polyphenols was 0.80 mg/mL, the total antioxidant capacity reached to 0.643 Trolox μmol/mL. The clearance rates of diphenyl picryl hydrazinyl (DPPH) radicals, hydroxyl free radicals and superoxide anion free radicals were 71.45%, 79.02% and 60.38% respectively. To conclude: Volva of D. rubrovalvata is riched in polyphenolic compounds and have good antioxidant activity. The optimization of polyphenols extraction technology of volva from D. rubrovalvata could provide reference for resource utilization.
