Research hot spots and development trend of the reciprocity between intestinal microbial population and tumors in recent past decade were visually analyze. The documents from 2012 to 2022 were searched and screened from the WOS database, co-occurrence analysis of countries, institutions, authors, periodicals and keywords was carried out using VOSviewer 1.6.18, Citespace 6.1.R6 was used for clustering and timeline analysis of keywords. The number of papers issued increased year by year. China has a certain advantage in the volume of publications, institutions and core authors, while the United States has a certain advantage in centrality, publications and cooperation. The co-cited analysis of journals and articles showed that Science has made a great contribution to the researches. Keywords co-occurrence indicated that at present, the researches are centered on intestinal microbial population, and is conducted from the aspects of inflammation, expression, and probiotics respectively. Keywords cluster is composed of 810 nodes and 3 681 lines, forming 12 clusters, which are mainly divided into four categories: A is the study of various tumor and intestinal flora; B is the research represented by probiotics; C is the study of related mechanisms such as signal pathway, immunity, inflammation and oxidative emergency-response; D is the use of macro gene technology to analyze the specific bacterial populations associated with tumor. Based on the bibliometrics analysis of the current research highlights and development trends of the reciprocity between intestinal bacterial population and tumors, this paper is conducive to the researchers to identify the hot spots in this direction and provide reference ideas for future researches. |
