In order to further expand the teaching content of postgraduate courses, enrich the teaching methods, promote the teaching effect and strengthen the students′ abilities in many aspects, "three-stage teaching method" to reform the teaching mode of industrial microbiology was applied. Through the consolidation and learning of theoretical knowledge in the first stage, which could strengthen the students′ knowledge base, promote their self-learning, summarizing and refining abilities; Through the capture and exploration of the frontier knowledge in the second stage, which could inspire the students′ scientific research and innovative thinking, improve their logical thinking and language expression abilities; Through the analysis and design of the third stage of engineering application, which could cultivate the students′ engineering thinking, broaden their professional vision, promote their engineering design, and team co-operation abilities. In teaching practice, the problems that teachers should pay attention to in each stage, strive to control the teaching process more accurately, and implement more personalized teaching management for students were summarized and reflected. In method of performance evaluation, by strengthening the process of assessment to stimulate students′ awareness of active learning, so that the total score can more comprehensively reflect the comprehensive ability of the students. |
