Based on the principles of case design in the course discussion of principles of food engineering, this paper systematically expounded the requirements before the course, teaching organization, teacher′s summary, reflection after class, and others issues. The results showed that the discussion teaching method of food engineering principles was conducive to stimulate students′ active thinking, cultivate students′ innovative thinking, make students gradually have the ability to find and explore problems, and finally have the ability to solve practical problems in the process of food processing. At the same time, this teaching method is also conducive to the interaction between teachers and students, teaching and learning, and ultimately enables students to achieve the ability to solve practical problems in the process of food processing. |
