In order to develop and utilize thermoduric marine fungi further, a epipsymbiotic thermoduric fungi C051 from Ostrea vivularis Gould was taken as starting strain to systematically study on its identification, physiological characteristics and antibacterial activity. Strain C051 was confirmed as Aspergillus fumigatus by morphological identification combined with 18S rRNA analysis. The suitable basal medium was PDA by comparison growth on the three media. The growth temperature range was 15-50 ℃, with optimum at 45 ℃, indicating that strain C051 has obvious thermoduric fungus characteristics. The growth pH range was 3-9, with optimum at pH 6. The growth salt concentration was 0%-16%, with optimum concentration at 3.5%, showing that strain C051 is a facultative marine fungus. The fermentation products possessed fine antibacterial effects, and had better antibacterial effects on Pseudomons aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudoalteromonas sp., and Chryseobacterium SL-4 (Chryseobacterium sp.), with maximum inhibition ring at 22.15 mm in diameter, the strain provides reference foundation for study and develop the thermoduric marine fungi. |
