In order to determine the optimum technological conditions of coremium of Cordyceps cicadae in Mt. Emei, screening tests were carried out on common medium formulas for the growth of coremium of C. cicadae. Rice, millet, soybean and other raw materials were selected for the formulation tests, and a uniform design test method was used to optimize the medium formulas. The results showed that both Richard agar medium and Czapek agar medium with inorganic salts as the main nutrients could produce coremium. In the experiment formula with rice, the coremium of C. cicadae with rice as nutrient grew fastest, and the content of amino acid, crude polysaccharide and protein in C. cicadae were 23.4%, 26.5% and 29.3% respectively, all were higher than those grew in wild. In the uniformly designed formula experiment, the coralline coremium was the main form in medium No. 10, the best shape of thalamus, with coremium yielding rate could reach up to 57.4%. The content of protein and amino acid in coremium of formula 10 was as high as 42.5% and 33.3%, all were much higher than those of wild C. cicadae. |
