Bacillus amyloliquefaciens could produce many kinds of enzymes valuable for scientific research, they have important value in many domains such as light industry, agriculture, planting industry, breeding industry, food processing industry, fruit and vegetable preservation after harvesting, feed industry and other industries. Different kinds of proteinase, important polysaccharide degrading enzymes, enzymes related to lipids metabolism, and several other vital enzymes produced by B. amyloliquefaciens were categorized in this paper, in addition, their applications and the prospects in various domains were reviewed in detail. |
