对分离自台湾海峡海底沉积物样品的两株神经氨酸酶抑制剂产生菌FIM09-1157及FIM09-0041进行分类鉴定。采用GA、YM212、HV琼脂培养基分离海洋放线菌,对FIM09-1157及FIM09-0041采用形态学、培养特征、生理生化、细胞化学组分及16S rRNA基因序列分析进行初步的分类鉴定。结果显示,菌株FIM09-1157 归属于链孢囊菌属,定名为Streptosporangium vulgare FIM09-1157;菌株FIM09-0041归属于链霉菌属,定名为Streptomyces fradiae FIM09-0041。研究结果为开发新型神经氨酸酶抑制剂提供了新的种质资源。 |

Two neuraminidase inhibitor producing strains FIM09-1157 and FIM09-0041 isolated from marine sediment samples collected in Taiwan strait were identified. Using GA, YM212 and HV agar medium for isolating marine Actinomycetes. The strains FIM09-1157 and FIM09-0041 were analyzed and identified by morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, histo-chemotaxonomic, and 16S rRNA gene sequences. The results showed that Strain FIM09-1157 belonged to the genus Streptosporangium, and it was classified as Streptosporangium vulgare FIM09-1157, and strain FIM09-0041 belonged to the genus Streptomyces, and it was classified as Streptomyces fradiae FIM09-0041. The study results provided new germplasm resources for the development of novel neuraminidase inhibitors. |
