      1型糖尿病(Diabetes mellitus type1,T1DM)是一种青少年易发的胰岛β细胞被定向破坏引起的自身免疫性疾病,其发病机制可能与遗传、环境、免疫等因素有关。近年来研究发现,肠道菌群可能作为环境因素参与了T1DM的进程。在T1DM患者及动物模型肠道内存在菌群失调,肠道菌群可通过调节肠道通透性、固有免疫和适应性免疫等影响T1DM的疾病进程。综述了近年来国内外学者对肠道菌群与T1DM的发病机制关系的研究新进展,以期为T1DM的防治提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Diabetes mellitus type1 (T1DM) is an autoimmune disease and prone to adolescents caused by β cells in pancreas islet being directionally disrupted. Its pathogenesis may have been related to genetic, environmental, immune, and other factors. It was found recently that intestinal flora may participate in the process of T1DM as an environmental factor. There is a dysbacteriosis in the intestinal tract of T1DM patients and animal models. Intestinal flora can affect the progression of T1DM by regulating intestinal permeability, innate immunity, and adaptive immunity. This article reviewed recent advances in the research on the relationship between intestinal flora and pathogenesis of T1DM, in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of T1DM.
