      通过在小麦收获后复种绿肥毛叶苕子研究绿肥的培肥效应。在复种绿肥毛叶苕子的情况下,研究后茬作物小麦生育期土壤微生物生物量碳、氮的时空变化。结果表明,小麦生育期0~20 cm 土层土壤微生物生物量碳、氮均表现为有毛叶苕子处理高于无毛叶苕子处理,其中施肥70%化肥+毛苕子翻压还田处理的土壤微生物生物量碳、氮最高。小麦苗期土壤微生物生物量碳、氮含量最低,至抽穗期土壤微生物生物量碳、氮含量达到最高,成熟期又有所降低。微生物熵在各时期的变化与微生物生物量碳一致,绿肥处理表现出明显较高的微生物熵。
英文摘要:
      In this experiment green manure of hairy vetch (Vicia villosa) was replanted after wheat harvest to study the fertilization effect of green manure. The time and space changes of soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen (SMBCN) during the wheat growing period of post cropping crops were studied in the case of treating with hairy vetch. The results showed that during the wheat growing period, SMBCN in 0-20 cm soil layer of the one treating with hairy vetch exhibited higher than the one treating without hairy vetch, among them when applied chemical fertilizer (F) and green manure of hairy leaves vetch (G) when processing with F70%+G and turned over the soil the SMBCN was the highest. The content of SMBCN was the lowest in wheat seedling stage, the content of SMBCN was reached the highest in the heading stage, and the content of SMBCN decreased during the maturity stage. The changes of microbial entropy in every period were consistent with those of SMBCN, and the one treating with green manure the microbial entropy exhibited obviously high.
