Ganoderma lucidum has important medicinal value, and the content of active ingredients in G. lucidum can be improved by optimizing the culture condition. The effect of higher temperature on the physiological indexes and the ganoderic acid yield in G. lucidum fermentation process were studied in this study. The results showed that though biomass of G. lucidum decreased, yet the enzyme activity of amylase, laccase and cellulase increased under the higher temperature. On day 4, the amylase activity reached the maximum at 36 ℃, and the enzyme activity increased by 22.61% higher than that under the fermentation condition at 30 ℃. On day 10, the laccase activity, cellulase activity, soluble sugar content and ganoderic acid yield reached the maximum value at 34 ℃, respectively increased by 51.12%, 30.41%, 13.21%, and 45.23% as compared with the fermentation temperature at 30 ℃. The results showed that higher fermentation temperature conducive to the increment of enzyme activity and improve ganoderic acid yield. The study provides new idea and theoretical guidance for higher temperature fermentation of G. lucidum. |
