The diversity of different soil layer (soil layer 0-10 cm, soil layer 10-20 cm, and soil layer 20-30 cm) rhizosphere microorganisms of Morchella species in Yily area was studied using Biolog-ECO analysis method. The results showed that the average well color development (AWCD) increased as the extension of the cultivation 72 h after cultivation, and accorded with the microorganism culture growth curve. The microbial metabolic activity, the utilization capability for 31 kinds of carbon source, AWCD, Mcintosh index U, Shannon wiener index H′, Richness index S, Simpson index D, etc. decreased with the depth increment of soil, and the diversity indexes of AWCD, U, H′, S and D of microorganism in the upper layer of soil were significantly higher than that in the middle and lower layer. Pielou index E increased with the soil depth. The higher Pielou index E, the better consistence of the microbial community, and the lower diversity. Therefore, the functional diversity of soil rhizosphere microorganisms of Morchella species in Yily area decreased with the depth increment of soil, the upper layer soil had comparatively higher diversity of rhizosphere microorganisms. |
