      T细胞介导的细胞免疫应答和体液免疫应答对控制疟原虫红内期感染至关重要。免疫细胞的募集和功能调节受到不同趋化因子的调控。进一步寻找招募T细胞的关键性趋化因子将为针对性调控抗疟免疫应答类型提供有效靶点。通过收集并检测中缅边境地区间日疟原虫感染患者血浆中T细胞应答相关的趋化因子水平,并比较CD4+T细胞和CD8+T细胞不同表达水平患者的相应趋化因子表达,发现CXCL9、CXCL10、CXCL11、CXCL13、CCL13和CCL1在间日疟急性感染期均显著升高,CXCL10和CXCL13水平与患者的年龄呈正相关,特别是CXCL10对CD4+T细胞的募集调控可能起到关键性作用。
英文摘要:
      T cell-mediated cellular and humoral immune responses are the most critical for controlling erythrocytic Plasmodium infection. The recruitment and functional regulation of immune cells are laid under regulation of different chemokines. Further pursuing key chemokines responsible for recruiting T cells will provide effective targets to modify the regulation aiming at anti-malaria immune response types. In this paper, the levels of chemokines related with T cell responses in patients′ plasma infected with tertian plasmodium (P. vivax) along China Myanmar border were collected, detected, and compared the expressions of related chemokines in patients′ different expression levels of CD4+T cells and CD8+T cells, and found that CXCL9, CXCL10, CXCL11, CXCL13, CCL13 and CCL1 significantly increased in the acute infection period of P. vivax, levels of CXCL10 and CXCL13 assumed positive relativity with patients′ age, especially CXCL10 might play a key role in the CD4+ T cell recruitment regulation.
