In order to explore the structure and diversity of endophytic community in the main truffle producing areas of Liangshan Autonomous Prefecture of the Yi Nationalities, Sichuan Province. Roots, stems, and leaves of Pinus armandii as experimental materials from four point (Xintian, Xinyun, Tangtang, and Xueshan Townships) in Huidong County to insolate their endophytic bacteria, fungi, and actinomycetes with different media, and identify their genus belonging species by DNA sequencing. The results showed that a total of 46 strains of bacteria were isolated, including 5 Erwinia strains, 1 Salmonell strain, 22 Bacillus strains, 2 Staphylococcus strains, 2 Pseudomonas strains, 2 Paenibacillus strains, 2 Buttiauxella strains, 3 Enterobacte strains, 1 Ewingella strain, 1 Rahnella strain, 2 RahnellaIzard strains, and 3 strains of other genera. Nineteen strains of fungi belonged to Ascomycota, including 4 strains of Penicillium, 1 Phoma strain, 1 Cladosporium strain, 1 Sydowia strain, 1 Aspergillus strain, unknown 1 strain of bacteria affiliated with Ascomycetes, and 10 strains of other genera. In addition, thirty three strains were affiliated with actinomycetes. According to analyses, twenty two strains were Streptomyces, two were Curtobacterium, one was Brevibacterium and 8 strains belonged to other genera. The result indicated that the Endophyte from Pinus armandii of truffle have differences in different sites, parts of plants and isolated from different media. It was proved that microorganisms have complex interaction among soil, truffles and host plants, This research laid a certain foundation for artificial cultivation of truffles. |
