| Dealing with a series of reforms to solve the problems existed in microbiology teaching were expounded and summed up the teaching concept and management mode of "Liuhua (six makings)": making teachers team levelize, guiding students′ interest literaturize, making the history of microbiology vertical horizontalize, explaining the knowledge vividize, choosing experimental topics in daily life, making assessment modes multivariatize.
