Dealing with a series of reforms to solve the problems existed in microbiology teaching were expounded and summed up the teaching concept and management mode of "Liuhua (six makings)": making teachers team levelize, guiding students′ interest literaturize, making the history of microbiology vertical horizontalize, explaining the knowledge vividize, choosing experimental topics in daily life, making assessment modes multivariatize. Teaching reform involves in teaching methods, teaching content and assessment methods and many other aspects, and achieved remarkable results.
