      探究台湾海峡海洋沉积物中放线菌的多样性并进行抗菌活性筛选,为发现新的药物先导化合物提供新菌源。采用7种选择性培养基分离10份来自台湾海峡沉积物样品中的海洋放线菌,并对分离菌株的16S rRNA基因序列进行系统进化分析。采用滤纸片法对部分代表放线菌菌株发酵液进行生物活性筛选,共分离到532株放线菌,挑选其中170株代表菌株进行鉴定,分属于8个目10个科14个属。有2株菌的16S rRNA基因序列显示属于潜在的新种,170株菌中有68.8%的菌株显示出至少对一种指示菌有抑菌活性。结果表明台湾海峡海洋沉积物中蕴藏着丰富的放线菌资源,是发现新药的有效途径。
英文摘要:
      The diversity and antimicrobial activities of actinomycetes isolated from marine sediments in Taiwan Strait and screened for new actinomycetes as a natural source for new medicines exploration. Seven selective media were adopted to isolate the marine actinomycetes from 10 sediment samples from Taiwan Strait, and systematically analyzed 16S rRNA gene sequences of the isolated strains. Parts of typical actinomycetes strains were screened for their bioactivities of fermentation broth adopting filter paper disk method. Totally 532 actinomycetes strains were isolated in this study, 170 typical strains were chosen for characterization, they belonged respectively to 8 orders, 10 families, and 14 genera. Among them there are two strains showed and belonged to potentially new species according to 16S rRNA gene sequence. Among the 170 strains there are 68.8% of the strains showed at least one inhibition activity against indicator microbe. The results of the study suggested that sediment in Taiwan Strain is rich in actinomycetes resources, and it is an effective path to discover new medicines.
