      采用生物活性跟踪法,从一株灰色链霉菌菌丝体中分离得到2个具有抑菌活性的化合物,通过核磁共振波谱和质谱等技术鉴定2个化合物的结构为新刺孢霉素A(1)和N-乙酰基色氨醇(2);化合物1首次从放线菌中分离得到。抑菌活性测定结果表明:化合物1和2对番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)、茄子黄萎病菌(Verticillium dahliae)和辣椒枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)等多种蔬菜病原真菌有抑制作用,其中化合物1对番茄灰霉病菌和番茄早疫病菌菌丝具有强烈的抑制作用,化合物2对茄子黄萎病菌的菌丝具有强烈的抑制作用;化合物1对番茄灰霉病菌和番茄早疫病菌菌丝生长的半抑菌浓度(IC50)分别为30.6和28.8 mg/L,化合物2对茄子黄萎病菌菌丝生长的半抑菌浓度(IC50)为34.3 mg/L。
英文摘要:
      Two compounds possessing microbial inhibition were obtained from the mycelia of Streptomyces griseusadopting bio-active tracing method. Their structures were identified as neoechinulin A (1), N-acetyl tryptophanol (2), based on nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Compound 1 was the first time isolated from actinomycetes. Bioassay results showed that the compound 1 and 2 had the inhibition effects against pathogenic fungi and many vegetables fungal pathogens, such as tomato grey mold (Botrytis cinerea), eggplant verticillium wilt (Verticillium dahliae) and pepper blast (Fusarium oxysporum), among them compound 1 had strong inhibition against tomato grey mold (Botrytis cinerea) and tomato early blight (Alternaria solani). compound 2 had strong inhibition against eggplant verticillium wilt (Verticillium dahliae). Additionally compound 1 had 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) values against tomato grey mold and early blight at 30.6 mg/L and 28.8 mg/L respectively, compound 2 had IC50 values against eggplant verticillium wilt at 34.3 mg/L.
